THE ROLEOur Social Media & Operations Internship combines several exciting aspects. You will get to know the food and beverage industry deeply while assisting in daily Social Media management.We want you to join us in making DegustaBox the best experience possible for both our customers and clients in the Italian market while working alongside our fun-spirited and dedicated team! YOU WILL<ul><li>Compile B2B Social Media Report.</li><li>Support our Social Media Specialist with content creation ( Stories/ Posts, Copy, Newsletters, translations...).</li><li>Proactively manage the community by replying to all inquiries on Facebook and Instagram as well as monitoring daily interactions to encourage audience engagement.</li><li>Community management on our SM channels.</li><li>Support with bloggers management and new influencers research.</li><li>Support Campaign Manager with Operations tasks (Logistics, Flyer creation, Brand Chasing, Samples management, Shipping list creation, Product sheets creation or Market Research report creation...).</li><li>Support DegustaBox customers over the phone, by email and through Social Media.</li><li>Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives for the market.</li></ul>

If you answered yes… WE NEED YOU!We are a leading beauty distribution company seeking a talented Social Media Assistant to join the team in our new our Barcelona office. You’ll be working with exciting, market-leading brands, and leading Retail Partners across Europe. We specialise in bringing top-quality beauty products to the market and pride ourselves on staying ahead in the ever-evolving world of social media. In this role, you will be responsible for managing aspects of our social media presence, including content creation, seeding, community engagement, and assets. This is an opportunity for an individual with a passion for beauty and social media to make a meaningful impact on our wide variety of brand's online presence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Focus on managing large seeding campaigns with support from the PR and Communications team.</li><li>Developing creative campaigns with our brands targeting the best influencers for each </li><li>Creating and sharing best in class content (assets) for our brand partners for various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.</li><li>Monitor and coordinate our assets and the seeding process, selecting appropriate content and social media channels linked to trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance our online presence.</li><li>Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and other content creators to collaborate on promotional campaigns and product launches.</li><li>Collaborate with Communications and Trade Marketing teams on research, store visits and asset development.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management</li><li>Experience in the fashion or beauty industry</li><li>Understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish & French</li><li>Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms</li><li>Please submit your CV in English</li></ul>Albert Roger Group is a pan-European Health & Beauty Company, bringing a portfolio of innovative and exciting beauty brands to both consumers and retailers across Europe.
