Temporary Payroll and Admin Assistant for Maternity Leave
We are looking for a Temporary Payroll and Admin Assistant for Maternity Leave to join our team based in Piksel Malaga in Southern Spain.

About the Role

Effectively assist the Malaga HR Team with the administration, processing of Human Resource and compliance matters in areas such as payroll, administration, employee relation and recruitment.

What you’ll be doing

• Payroll operations, assisting in the preparation of employee payments, accounting record, set-up and maintenance of employee personal files, etc.
• Assist and deal with matters relating to HR and Payroll in liaison with external legal advisors
• Support HR department to assure compliance with established policies, legislation, procedures.
• Carry out administrative tasks such as bills, purchases, equipment inventory.
• Manage employee annual leave records.
• Coordinate with health & safety for H&S instruction.
• Monitor and supervise time track record attendance & the attendance system and produce monthly reports.
• Perform file audits and inspections to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained and in line with data protection legislation.

• Previous experience in HR, Payroll, knowledge and application of generally Spanish Laws or Bargain Agreement.
• Ideally four-year college degree in Labour Relations or Business administration.
• Good command of the Spanish language oral and written, good command of the English language oral and written.

Your professional and personal profile
We are looking for customer-oriented software developers who are willing to work for our clients. The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

• Bachelor's/diploma/graduate degree in management or technical informatics or a similar degree in information technology.
• In your professional experience you have gained experience in the fields of XML/XSLT, JavaScript, SQL and JEE. Experience with BPM systems is an asset.
• You are responsible, think analytically and find it easy to plan and manage even complex projects independently.

As a Tech Support Engineer, your role plays an important part in the delivery of our product to our new and existing customers. You will be learning how to configure and deploy our product to suit each customer's needs and you will be responsible for ensuring that elements of the product suite are configured flawlessly. Job description

• You will work to resolve customer reported incidents
• You will review and implement client requests for custom technical configuration of their recognition solution
• You will review and implement requests for technical configuration in custom demo environments
• You will be processing customer data in test and production environments
• You will work with internal teams (Development, Systems, DevOps and DBAs) to resolve issues related to software applications running in the SaaS platform
• You will provide Root Cause Analysis for critical issues
• You will take ownership of incidents through to resolution, including accurate documentation, as well as communication with customers and/or internal teams
• You will work on initiatives relating to automation of technical configurations tasks
• You will accurately document solutions and create knowledge base articles to help customers and internal teams resolve issues fast

• 3 Years Experience in the IT industry
• Previous Experience in Software/software support is a must
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong SQL Skills with the ability to write SQL queries in order to troubleshoot complex issues
• Solid experience and understanding in the following technologies: Core C#, ASP.Net MVC, NUnit and Moq, LINQ, NHibernate or Entity Framework, Spring.Net, Continuous Integration, JQuery, CSS, AJAX
• Good Working knowledge of Database technologies
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams (both technical and nontechnical audiences)
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable, flexible with proven experience of delivering quality solutions in a fast-moving business environment
• Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously and prioritise in line with defines SLAs
• Demonstrated attention to detail as well as ability to take initiative and follow through on commitments made to customers/internal teams
• Good understanding of Online Services, Internet-Based systems and SaaS applications

Accountable for performing manual and automated testing of applications supporting business objectives while demonstrating independence in project analysis. 

Responsibilities 

·        Lead analysis for the purposes of developing test cases for websites, web applications, and infrastructure. 

·        Perform hands-on manual testing while scripting automated tests to ensure application quality. 

·        Serve as a liaison to business analyst and product owner, providing feedback on application readiness for migrations. 

·        Provides technical guidance to junior testers and other team members. 

Skills and Knowledge 

·        Technically familiar with development concepts and formats such as SQL, XML, JSON and scripting languages. 

·        Provide input in prioritizing, estimating, and defining acceptance criteria 

·        Clearly define test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures 

·        Provide usability and functionality feedback to developers 

·        Interact with customers on issues and provide recommendations 

·        Ability to build automated test scripts  

·        Plan tests and strategies according to the project 

·        Thorough and disciplined, ability to analyze a problem and weight severity of the issue. 

·        Dedicated worker skilled at collaborating in a team setting. 

·        Bachelor’s in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience  

·        4 years of proven experience in software development industry, participating in team environment  

·        3 years of experience in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver 

·        3 years of proven experience in testing web services such as RESTful API. 

·        2 years of proven experience in performance testing using tools such as Apache JMeter. 

·        Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C# .Net. 

·        Demonstrated excellent communication skills. 

·        Ability to learn and adapt to continuously changing technology. 

·        Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence as well as Zephyr. 

·        Familiarity with Agile [Scrum] 

·        Experience in testing non-GUI applications (SQL, Flat Files, XML, and etc.) 

·        Familiarity working in a Continuous Integration atmosphere
