Business Development Manager Solar PV (m/f/d)

About the role:

As our Business Development Manager Solar PV you create and implement business opportunities across Saxovent's portfolio of solar activities. Through your network and expertise in the solar market and industry, you identify, qualify and establish investment opportunities, develop partnerships and take ownership for execution and management of initiatives. Furthermore, you will be involved in the management and strategic development of Saxovent's growing portfolio of participations in the solar industry. 

The tasks in detail:

  • Drive expansion of Saxovent's solar development activities in the utility scale, commercial and industrial segment by creating a pipeline of projects, partnership or investment opportunities for Saxovent in solar PV
  • Engange with and manage Saxovent stakeholders in project development and origination, engineering and operations
  • Shape strategic course of the company's solar business through continuous analysis and interpretation of market and industry trends and dynamics
  • Monitor, manage and improve performance of  Saxovent participations in the solar industry in cooperation with Saxovent's investment team

Your profile:

Education and experience:

  • Masters degree or equivalent in economics, finance, industrial engineering or related field
  • 5+ years industry experience, preferably in a business development, project management, project finance or portfolio management role with international scope
  • Detailed understanding of solar project development process in utility scale and/or C&I segments
  • Experience with bilateral PPA structures for solar power (in C&I or utility segment) a plus

Required knowledge, abilities, personal and technical skills:

  • Strong business acumen; ability to assess investment opportunities against technical and economic target values
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships and trust in an intercultural setting; communication abilities across a range of functions and levels
  • Excellent analytical skills

Location and language:

  • Based in Berlin or Madrid
  • Possibility to selectively work remotely 
  • Fluency in English required; German level B2 required; Spanish skills desirable

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The focus of the Senior Reliability Engineering Technician role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Role model health & safety best practices and monitor those around them to ensure they follow the example they set.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Understanding of OEE and equipment performance metrics.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Provide general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
• Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
• Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
• Coordinating travel and submitting expenses.
• Provide administrative support to the team in a timely and diligent manner, (i.e. phone calls, agenda, meetings coordination, etc.).
• Provide phone customer support.
• Carry out specific administrative tasks as Purchase Orders, Ecats, payments, etc.


Qualifications

MUST HAVE:
• Executive Secretary studies
• Native Spanish level
• English C1/C2 level
• At least 3 years of previous experience in similar role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
• Discreet and responsible with experience working with sensitive data
• Proactive and multitasking person with high capacity of learning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Positive attitude with skills to work being part of a team
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Well organized with excellent time management skills


NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience on events coordination will be highly valued
• Knowledge of SAP or other programs will be a plus

MISSION AND OBJECTIVES


Contribute to implement and maintain a strong control environment:
- At the level of Oxygen platform.
- In all European countries / entities under AC EMEA supervision, in order to guarantee the high quality of the financial data reported to the Head Office and to local authorities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


As Accounting Control Officer of Group Finance Services in Madrid, you are responsible for ensuring the respect and implementation of the key internal accounting control principles of Group Finance.
Your main missions, under the supervision of the Team Leader and in coordination the European Back Offices and EMEA Finance Controlsrsquo; team, are to:


bull; Operate accounting controls:
- Monitor the accounting quality and identify anomalies,
- Exchange with European Back Offices and EMEA Finance in order to analyse the issues and conclude on the necessary potential amendments
- Report the findings of the operated controls through comments with conclusions on the risk and indicators,
- Facilitate the elaboration of action plans.
- Prepare notes and synthesis documents and deliver comprehensive and synthetic reports.


Controls and reports are performed according to a daily, monthly and quarterly frequency as defined in the procedure. For the quarterly process, results of the controls will contribute to the certificate exercise


bull; Investigate and document the accounting issues raised by the Back Offices or any stakeholders of the accounting set-up
bull; Contribute to creating or updating procedures, operational procedures and any necessary documents for the permanent file (by control or by account owner)
bull; Work closely with the departments responsible for the maintenance of the accounting control tools and participate, when necessary, to the tests of the IT enhancements
bull; Contribute to the follow-up on the implementation of recommendations and action plan and any control process implementation
bull; Contribute to the Internal Control Committee meeting (ldquo;ICCrdquo;) of Group Finance Services.


REQUIREMENTS
bull; Masterrsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance or Bank.
bull; Professional experience: up to 3 years of experience in external or internal audit or control department. Beginners accepted.
bull; Analytical skills, organizational capacities, rigour and deadlines respect.
bull; Communication skills (good relational capacities, teamwork and adaptability).
bull; English and/or French are mandatory.
bull; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), an expertise in Excel and Access is a plus (to contribute to the automation of files and processes) as well as an experience using Business Objects.
bull; Available to a training period in Paris (up to 1 month).

Tus funciones:

  • Gestionar las financiaciones derivadas de la venta de los vehículos de nuestra línea de negocio de Autohero.

  • Contacto telefónico constante con diferentes financieras, actuando como agente intermediario entre estas y el cliente particular.

  • Atención telefónica a clientes en relación a cualquier aspecto referente a la financiación de su vehículo

  • Revisar, clasificar y registrar la documentación procedente de todas las operaciones tramitadas.

  • Tareas administrativas inherentes a la posición.

Requisitos

Tu perfil:

  • Estudiantes y/o recién graduados en ADE,  Finanzas, Contabilidad o similar

  • Imprescindible disponibilidad para trabajar a jornada completa.

  • Valorable nivel alto de inglés.

  • Persona metódica y con alta orientación al cliente 

  • Nivel intermedio de Excel
