Job description:

  1. Provide H3C product technical support to customers and channels , the most work is focus on network product(switch, router and wireless);
  2. As an technical experts of H3C ICT product and solutions, working with H3C response center and R & D to solve technical issue during the pre-sales testing stage or the customer system operation;
  3. Transfer technical knowledge of the H3C ICT products and its solutions to the channel and customer;
  4. Ensure good customer and partner satisfaction, to face customer or partner with professional communication skill and work capability;
  5. Feedback of product quality issues and future product requirements from markets into the ICT product quality and development departments。

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s degreeor above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent;
  2. Proficient inMandarin (speaking and writing), and one in English or Spanish;
  3. At least 2 years technical support experience in the ICT industry;
  4. Be familiar with network products, fox example switch, router and wireless;
  5. Strong analytical skills and ability in problem solving;
  6. Can accept frequent short-term business trip;
  7. Good personal and customer communication skills;
  8. Excellent teamwork ability and quickly to learn new knowledge.
