    <h2>Job requirements</h2>

      <li> Successfully completed studies in the field of  engineering, architecture or commercial
</li><li>Experience with permission processes and also in project management for Technical Building Equipment (clean & dry rooms, M+E installation and / or fire protection systems)
</li><li>Business fluent in English and business fluent in Spanish
</li><li>Approx. 2-7 years of professional experience ideally in clean & dry rooms construction and M+E installation and commissioning
or in fire protection systems installation and commissioning
</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project
</li><li>Professional experience with monument preservation and project coordination
</li><li>Willingness to work in international locations worldwide</li>
