In Customer Support you will be taking care of the customer’s needs by providing and delivering professional, high quality support and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met.

Requirements

  • fluency in English and Spanish (fluency in any other Nordic language would be a plus)
  • strong organizational skills
  • positive attitude and good communication skills
  • willingness to help people and solve problems

Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers visiting the website throughout the purchasing process
  • Engaging our customers and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Helping in the case of technical issues and advising/consulting throughout the designing process
  • Qualification of strong sales leads
  • Process analysis and support of the Sales Automation and Success team in the continuous improvement of the sales processes
  • Actively influencing the development of the Help Center and customer communication strategy
  • Supporting the production team in customer after-sales services
  • Cooperation with the IT team in identifying and solving technical bugs reported by clients
